We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 3+ years of experience in web and mobile application development, along with exposure to AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers.
Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications.
Integrate AI/ML models and APIs into applications.
Participate in coding, code reviews, and debugging.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Ensure best practices in development, security, and performance.
Assist in project planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking.
Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Python/PHP (Laravel).
Basic to intermediate experience in AI/ML concepts.
Familiarity with AI frameworks/libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., chatbots, NLP, or image processing).
Strong understanding of REST APIs and MVC architecture.
Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Proficiency with Git/version control.

Qualifications:

B.Tech - CS, IT, AI, ML / MCA.
Minimum 3+ years of experience.
